10000 Greenwave Giveaway
Dear Business Owner, on March 12, 2016 our Leeds baseball and softball booster clubs will be hosting a $10000 Greenwave Giveaway at Celebrations in Pell City, Alabama. We anticipate approximately 400 guests to attend this event. The funds raised will go directly towards the expenses of field maintenance, equipment, travel expenses, and tournament fees for our baseball and softball programs. To make this event a success, we need your help.
Please consider supporting our baseball and softball programs by donating gift certificates, merchandise, or services to our silent auction. In exchange, you will receive excellent community exposure and advertising. Your company name, address, phone number, and donation will be listed in an auction brochure available to our guests at the event.
A donation form for the silent auction items is included. If you are interested in donating to our event, please complete the form and return it to Martie Sertell. Contact information is included on the form.
