ALDOT Media Advisory HWY 119 Roadwork – FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – December 3, 2014 – TRAFFIC ADVISORY – Planned Installation of Traffic Markings on State Route 119 in Leeds
BIRMINGHAM – Weather permitting on Thursday, December 4, 2014, the Alabama Department of Transportation will install Traffic Markings on State Route 119 as follows:

Beginning Thursday, December 4, between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
• Planned installation of Traffic Markings on State Route 119 from 2nd Street SE to the intersection of US-78
This work should be completed in approximately 2 days, dependent on weather conditions and work progress.
Motorists are requested to consider using alternate routes, adjust arrival/departure times, observe work zone speed limits and other work zone signs, and use extreme caution in this area. ALDOT thanks motorists for their patience during this Maintenance Operation to improve Alabama’s roadways.
