Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce Honors 2026 Small Business Award Winners

The Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce recognized six outstanding local businesses—including three category winners—during its August 20 monthly luncheon, celebrating entrepreneurship, business excellence, and community leadership through its annual Small Business Awards program.

The program and the luncheon were sponsored by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama.

The Small Business Awards recognize businesses that demonstrate excellence in leadership, customer service, innovation, community involvement, and support of the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce. This year’s awards featured a record level of community engagement, with two finalists recognized in each category and a People’s Choice social media campaign that invited the community to help celebrate these outstanding small businesses.

“The awards celebrate the businesses that help strengthen the local economy and contribute to the quality of life throughout the Leeds area. We are fortunate to have a business community filled with entrepreneurs and business leaders who invest in our city every day. Congratulations to all our finalists and winners for this well-deserved recognition,” said Steve Karr, Chamber Board President.

In addition to recognition by the Chamber, each category winner has been submitted for consideration in the 2026 Alabama Chambers Small Business Awards, presented in partnership with Alabama Chambers and the Business Council of Alabama. Businesses selected as state finalists will be recognized during the statewide awards program later this year.
