The Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Leeds conducted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the new Blossom Spa located in historic Leeds at 1628 9th Street! Owners, Brianna Pennington and Stephanie Weems, chose Leeds as the location of their new business.
