Birmingham Bargains ribbon cutting was held Friday with Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce & City of Leeds introducing a brand new retailer The Outlet Shops of Grand River in Suite 526 located at 6200 Grand River Boulevard East.
Their grand opening celebration was held on Saturday with incredible deals in addition to their everyday low prices below retail.
