Forming a business in Alabama is simple with the Alabama Business Filings Portal. The Alabama Secretary of State’s Office has produced a brief, instructional video that provides a quick overview of the business filings process. I believe that this video will help business owners across the state understand that these procedures are not as daunting as they may seem, and the use of third-party services is not needed in order to file the formation and dissolution paperwork.
