Amy is the Project Coordinator and works in Corporate Business Development and Strategic Planning. She was recognized at the October Chamber Luncheon and had the opportunity to educate attendees about St. Vincent’s Corporate Health & Wellness Program.

o Wellness can teach shift work or work life balance techniques for improved sleep to decrease presenteeism (being present at work physically but not functioning at their best)
o Wellness is also a great retention tool when paired with a reward program. The reward can be anything from a gift card to a premium reduction to earning extra days off.
o Wellness can provide a discounted rate for your employees at no cost to you at our One Nineteen Fitness Center with access to their fitness centers on their St. Vincent’s Birmingham and St. Vincent’s East campuses as well.
St. Vincent’s has 2 Occupational Health clinics that provide anything from pre-employment physicals to Department of Transportation physicals to Foreign travel vaccinations.
Executive Physicals are offered at their One Nineteen Health and Wellness Center. This is a great addition to an executive compensation packet that will provide your executives with a one day, one place, one focus approach for one of the most comprehensive physicals you will find.
St. Vincent’s Physician Alliance is their network of
o Over 600 physicians
o representing approximately 150 practices
o covering more than 50 specialties and subspecialties
o with access to 4 acute care hospitals
o a health and wellness center
o 100+ outpatient sites
o And ancillary services include home health and DME to name a few.
This clinically integrated network of physicians will develop and maintain clinical initiatives that improve the quality and efficiency of patient care with an emphasis on person centered care across the care continuum.
