Award Winning Play The Rabbit Hole

Award Winning Play The Rabbit Hole:  The Leeds Arts Council presents the final home performance of their award winning play “The Rabbit Hole” on Sunday, February 26 at 2:00, before they perform in the National competition in Lexington, Kentucky at ACTFEST 2017 the first weekend in March.

At the state level this play won BEST IN SHOW, BEST SET, BEST COSTUMES AND BEST SUPPORTING ACTRESS – Mary- Page  Wilson Lyons. The play was directed by Dianne Rowe and our own resident award winning director, Cliff Keen Jr. Cliff was also a member of the cast.

Come and support this wonderful cast and crew as they head to Kentucky. The tickets are $10.00 and all monies will be used to offset the expenses of the trip. There were only two community theatre plays selected to represent Alabama and we were the #1 choice. Our theatre and our city will be in all the National programs. How proud we should be of the Leeds Theatre and Arts Center bringing all this attention to our city. If you cannot attend, donations will be accepted.

You may pay at the door but if you want to make reservations they must be paid in advance. Call 205-699-1892 and leave your name and number. someone will return your call to get your credit card information. The theatre is handicapped accessible. Call and arrange for special wheelchair seating.
