Back Pack Buddies Supplies Needed

Pray this finds you well.  My name is Harvey Willard, temporary pastor, at Wellspring Worship Center in Leeds.  We are currently packing 30 bags for Back Pack Buddies Program, to Leeds Elementary School.

We pack these bags each week because there is a need in the school for children who would not eat on the weekends.  For whatever reason, there is not enough money in the household to supply food for these children.  The food products are mostly canned goods with pop tops, so the kids can make themselves.

Example: Beanies and Weenies, Cereal boxes, Campbells soup, Pkg. Mac and Cheese, Roman Noodles, Pudding cups, grits, oatmeal. fruit in a cup and veanna sausage.

The cost is $5 per week per child.

I was wondering if you knew of any businesses that might want to give toward this endeavor.  The children do not know who gives the food so we can not give any advertisement, whoever we can tell the congregation as well as give the business a donation receipt from the church.
