The Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Leeds proudly hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, to celebrate EXIT Legacy Realty’s move to a newly renovated office space in downtown Leeds, located at 1503 9th Street.

City Councilman Johnny Dutton, on behalf of Mayor David Miller, joined Tina Poe of EXIT Legacy Realty in cutting the ribbon. They were surrounded by a large crowd of local realtors, chamber board members, business professionals, family, and friends who came to show their support.

In his remarks, Dutton congratulated EXIT Legacy Realty on their accomplishments and thanked the company for continuing to invest in Leeds:

“On behalf of Mayor Miller, thank you for doing business in Leeds. We are proud to see EXIT Legacy Realty grow and reinvest here in Leeds,” Dutton said.

Speaking on behalf of the realty company, Poe expressed appreciation for the community’s support and excitement for their team’s future in the completely renovated space.

“This has been a dream of mine to have a building in downtown Leeds. I always wanted to have my business here and I just love that my whole family has been involved. This is a great home and we want to be able to add to the community, have our doors open and encourage folks to drop by for a cup of coffee. This new office is more than just a building—it represents our commitment to serving clients with excellence and being part of the heartbeat of downtown Leeds,” said Poe.
