The Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Leeds cut the ribbon at the Frozen Rooster located in the food court at the Outlet Shops of Grand River.   We are excited about this new business and welcome them to Leeds!

Mimi Leonard is the owner and the new restaurant is a family affair.  Mimi’s son came up with the name and this establishment offers food items that were missing at the shops such as ice cream, cookies, wings and more!  Be sure to stop in soon and visit Mimi and the team for some great food!
