Job Opening at the Shops of Grand River

Part Time Guest Services Ambassador
25 approximate hours/week
Nights and weekends

This is a front line position that assists retail tenants, contractors and customers daily.  This individual must have strong customer service, organizational  and attention to detail skills.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, appropriately handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, gift card program, stroller rentals, directing customers to their favorite brands and completion of other projects with minimal supervision at a high level of attention to detail.  Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook.
