Leeds Downtown Trick or Treat 2017 a Great Success:  This year’s Downtown Trick or Treat was a huge success again this year.  Many of the greater Leeds area businesses participated and the streets were lined with families and their children with their trick or treat bags having fun in a safe trick or treating environment.
