Barnes & Noble at the Summit is hosting a LHS Library Book Fair to benefit our Leeds High School Library. We will receive a portion of sales when customers checking out tell the cashier they
wish to support the LHS Library.

Book fair Information:  December 10 at The Summit (6:00 – 8:00)

·        Mr. Wise and the fabulous LHS Jazz Band will be there playing Christmas music.

·        Save your B & N Christmas gift shopping until December 10. Join us that evening and support the LHS Library.

·        All purchases count…even the café! Please come out, eat dinner at the café, enjoy the music, and shop.

·        The online fair will pick up on 12/11 and run through 12/15. Use code 11716511

LHS Library Book Fair

In conjunction with the book fair, the National Honor Society and LHS Library are teaming up on a project to donate books to Better Basics. This organization advances literacy through enrichment and intervention programs. Organizations operating under the Better Basics umbrella include:  Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, Motivators of Reading Enrichment (MORE), HOPE 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and Birmingham Reads. The donated books will be purchased during the B & N book fair on December 10 from money collected by the LHS National Honor Society and first period classes.
