The City of Leeds and the Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting this morning at Posh Salon Spa & Barbers. Mayor David Miller cut the ribbon with salon owner, Shelby Hicks, her salon professionals, Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce board members and other local business owners, friends and family.

Mayor Miller shares, “My wife is really glad that you guys have opened…she goes some place out of town right now so this will be great to come downtown Leeds and get her hair done. In fact, we’ve got several friends so you’ve got more business than you know coming your way and we're really delighted that you've decided to put this really nice salon here in town, so welcome, welcome to Leeds!”

Posh Salon owner, Shelby Hicks, comments, “We’re so excited to be here and we’re grateful for the Barnes, we’re grateful for the construction team and we’re grateful for all of y’all for getting us open. We can’t wait to grow!”
