Take Your 2020 Census at Work

Drop Everything. Get Counted. Take your 2020 Census at work Day is Wednesday, August 12. Alabama businesses are depending on you.  The goal is for every business and employee in the state to participate in this event.  No business is too big and no business is too small.

Why?  Alabama currently has a 60% response rate for the 2020 Census.  If the rate does not increase to at least 90% by October, our state will lose billions of federal dollars that fund our state’s education, healthcare, roads, police and more…AND 1 or 2 Congressional Representative seats in Washington, D.C.

We need EVERY person in the state to fill out the Census.  Bringing it down to our level, we need EVERY person in LEEDS, ALABAMA to fill out the Census!

What My Business Can do:  While CEOs, business owners and upper management have most likely completed the Census, data suggests that other employees most likely have not.
