Welcome University Pickers to Leeds!
Ribbon Cutting Celebrating University Pickers Grand Opening
We are excited to announce that the City of Leeds and Leeds Area Chamber of Commerce conducted a ribbon cutting at University Pickers celebrating their grand opening at the Shops of Grand River on Friday. Mayor Pro-Tem Kenneth Washington and store owners, Cindy Pope and Trish Gleason cut the ribbon. A good crowd attended this event and the store was already busy with incoming shoppers with this being their grand opening day.
University Pickers is a unique cooperative with local vendors to sell a variety of vintage, furniture, antiques, repurposed, home décor, fashion, jewelry and gifts.
Be sure to stop in to shop. They have some great merchandise and the owners are fabulous!
Also, if you are a crafter, antique collector or merchant looking for a place to sell your merchandise, this just might be the place. Their spaces are filling up quickly!
